Habit is an activity that is carried out repeatedly and continuously, then forms a special skill. Something difficult becomes easier or even something that is impossible becomes possible. A daily habit can reflect a person's personality. Likewise, to get our success in everything we want we must have good character and success. Successful characters can only be formed through good habits such as optimism, discipline, hard work, and so on. In the book The Power of Habit, Charles Duhigg explains how these habits exist and how they can be changed. In this book also explains that there are 3 components that can form a habit and can rotate continuously are cues, routines, and gifts. Habits are not fate.
