Review of Methodology Research

Welcome back to my blog.

     In this post on my Blog, I will review about research methodology in the international journal "Role Play As A Method to Overcome Students Anxiety in Speaking". The method used is a secondary method.

The research methodology consists of 4 main components, namely:
1. Data source
2. Data type
3. Data collection techniques
4. Data analysis method

The main components used in this journal are:

1. Data sources: data sources in research are the subjects from which data can be obtained. The data source used in this journal is a secondary data source where data obtained from researchers from existing sources such as from the data in the book.
2. Types of data: In this journal research uses secondary data types, namely the type of data that is not directly obtained from the source. Example: secondary data from various books and documents.
3. Data collection techniques: In this journal the techniques used are Literature Studies or Document Studies where secondary data collection techniques include citing and reviewing theories, data and information from various books and documents used.
4. Data analysis method: The method of data analysis used in this journal is the secondary method.

Stages of research:

1. We need to choose a secondary data search method whether it will be done manually or done online. In this journal a search is done manually.
2. Screening and collecting data. Filtering is done so that we only get secondary data that is just right, while what is not suitable can be ignored.
According to one figure, the Role Play role play has several stages, namely:
A. Divide students in class into groups of 3-4 students. In this situation
B. The teacher gives students direction about what they must learn
C. After that students must appear in front of the class. Students will act as inconversation of their roles. In general, students have prepared before they present the conversion. They must understand the text they have to say.
3. After the screening process is complete, data collection can be carried out.
